Most any sign with or with out a base, usually a lower type sign. I've been in the sign industry for many years and still not sure what the actual description of a monument sign is. maybe its what a city or county says it is for that period of time.

Pricing for monument signs are all done by presenting a picture with measurement and details. We probably use a different way to price things then most companies, Example: A ballast is dictated by the cabinet its going to be used in, And priced ballast plus raceway and labor. Lamps are priced the same way: How many lamps + sockets and labor for them to be wired in. There is no square ft price unless you want to pay for the most expensive  case and that just not fair. Their is just to many variables in the mounting or configuration it will be used in.
