An outdoor sign is the most cost effective way to advertise.

 Sign cabinets are illuminated with high output florescent lamps and ballast. Outdoor signs are wired under UL (underwriters laboratory) 2161 specifications. High output lamps give out bright even illumination using high output ballasts. Plastic sign faces can be back sprayed (text and graphics sprayed on the back side of a clear pan and background is the last color). A second application is to apply vinyl onto the front of the plastic sign face. A third application is to adhere tracks onto white or yellow sign faces with changeable letters.

    We also manufacture neon and led channel letters, letters that light up from the inside of the Letters fabricated  from aluminum; neon is designed to fit inside the letter. The plastic letter face covers the metal fabricated letters. Trim cap adheres to the plastic face letters giving them a finished edge and at the same time allows the plastic letters to be attached to the metal letters. Also vacuum formed plastic letter faces can replace the flat plastic channel letter faces.

An average church sign is usually 4' x 8' or 32 square feet extruded aluminum cabinet. An area for changeable letters, header panel for name and a vandal cover to protect the copy. For regular signs without reader boards we like to use a pan formed plastic face for a stronger and better looking sign.
